Refund Policy

  • If a service stops working within the first month and we cannot resolve it, a full refund will be provided.

  • After the first month, monetary refunds will not be issued; instead, a replacement service equivalent to the remaining time of the affected service will be offered.

  • If the value of the affected service exceeds 60 soles, the amount paid can be used as store credit to purchase other available services.


Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for platform policy changes that may affect the functionality of our services. For example:

  • If Netflix ends its affiliation with Movistar.

  • If Capcut changes its account-sharing conditions.

  • If Crunchyroll removes the profile feature.

  • If Star+ ceases to exist due to a merger with Disney+.

Refunds will only be issued in these cases if the affected service stopped working within the first month.

Service Conditions

  • All services are subject to availability and the conditions imposed by the respective platforms.

  • Customers accept that these services may experience interruptions or changes without prior notice.


Technical Support

  • For any issues, customers must contact StoreEpic's technical support for assistance.

  • Support will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or an alternative solution is appropriate.


Customer Benefit

Our prices offer significant advantages compared to the regular costs of services.
For example: One month of Capcut costs 34 USD; our service costs 15.90 USD. Even if the service is interrupted after one month, the customer has already benefited.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions

StoreEpic reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be available on our website.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any service from StoreEpic, the customer automatically agrees to these terms and conditions.

Technical Support and Issue Resolution

We provide technical support exclusively for issues related to the functionality of the purchased service.

  • The customer must contact technical support within the established timeframe to resolve any issues.

  • We do not guarantee support for problems caused by incorrect configurations or misuse by the customer.


Confidentiality and Data Protection

We respect our customers' privacy and guarantee the protection of data provided when purchasing services.

  • We will not share personal information with third parties without the customer's explicit consent, except when required by law.

  • The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the access credentials provided.


Service Modifications and Updates

  • Customers will be notified in advance of any significant changes.


Service Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel a service if the customer violates these terms or uses the service inappropriately.

  • No refunds will be issued for the remaining time of the canceled service.
