What is this service about?

We make refunds on products you buy.

Do I have to pay to get a refund?

You only have to pay after receiving your refund.

Is there a minimum charge to be able to reimburse?

Yes, your purchases have to be worth more than 400 USD

What happens if my purchase is worth less than 400 USD?

We will charge a $110 fee for your refund

I just bought an item and I want to request a refund, what is the procedure?

We recommend not opening the item until the refund is successful, in case the refund is not approved, you can request a return in the store and return the product sealed.

What happens if the refund fails?

Nothing, we will not charge you.

What happens if after receiving the refund I do not send the money for the service?

We will give you a period of 24 hours to make the payment, in case you do not do it, you will have to assume the penalties, and you will be reported to the store.

What happens if you suspend my store account?

This usually never happens, but it could happen, in those cases we do not assume any type of suspension.

How much is the fee for the refund service?

45% of the money refunded.
